Below is information for Matt Glass July Basketball workouts at Mount Mansfield Union High School. There is still room for 3 big men, 2 high school guards and four for the younger age group entering 5th-8th grade . Matt Glass Summer Work Outs at MMU
A Great Opportunity to improve your Skills this summer
July 7th- Aug 2nd Tuesday/Thursday Night skill work out nights broken down by grades and/or positions. These times will be run by Matt Glass a former MMU two time state champion, two time Burlington Free Press Mr. Basketball, UMASS/UVM Division 1 athlete and played professionally overseas after college. Matt's time will have a very minimal charge of $15 a night per player and he will limit the number in each group to provide more teaching. This time is built for players who are committed to being better basketball players.
Matt’s time are broken down like this:
A) 515pm-625pm Incoming 5th-8th Graders (Maximum of twenty in this group)
B) 630pm-740pm Incoming 9th -12th Grade Big man Workouts (Limit of twelve)
C) 745pm-855pm Incoming 9th-12th Grade Guard Work Outs (Limit of ten)
