Dealer.com is hosting its 3rd Annual E-Waste Day with ReSOURCE this Thursday, June 4th from 7:30AM - 11:00AM in the the South parking lot of Dealer.com (on Pine Street). This is just for Dealer.com employees and our neighbors in the South End! Last year we collaboratively collected 4 TONS of E-Waste.
Due to Vermont's E-Waste law, the state is committed to providing you FREE and convenient recycling channels. Swing by and drop off any of the following used electronics:
Computers (Desktops or laptops, complete or pieces)
Keyboards
Mouse
Monitors
Printers
Video game systems & games
Toner & ink cartridges
DVDs & VCR players
Stereo equipment
Radios
Headphones
Cables
A/V equipment
Cell phones
Laptop bags
Telephones
Small Appliances (coffee makers, microwaves, toasters)
Tools
Packing peanuts & bubble wrap
Cool Gadgets
They can not accept
Dehumidifiers
Air conditioners
Humidifiers
Air purifiers
ReSOURCE will test all donations. Working items will be sold at the 266 Pine Street location. Non-working items will be responsibly recycled. All donations will have any donor information removed. Any computer hard drives will be erased using D.O.D. Standards.
**Any household goods can be dropped off at ReSOURCE's main location, 266 Pine Street on Monday -- Saturday 9:30AM -- 6PM. Arrangements for furniture pickup can be made by calling 802-658-4143 ext. 19.
