The Planning Commission will be hosting a public workshop on Wednesday, May 27 at 7 p.m. at the Elementary School Library to kick-off a year-long effort to revise the town’s zoning and subdivision regulations. The public workshop will provide Berlin residents and businessowners an opportunity to hear more about the options being considered and to suggest changes that should be made to the zoning and subdivision regulations. The Planning Commission urges residents to take part in the process as this project has the potential to affect everyone in town. We encourage anyone with questions or concerns to attend the workshop.
