On Monday evening the City Planning Commission will host a presentation on a Housing Study here in the City of St. Albans. The Planning Commission and Staff have been overseeing the work of the Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) in the preparation of the study, which has included data analysis, a local tenant/landlord survey, and interviews.
The NRPC staff will be making their final presentation of the study report to the Planning Commission at a public meeting on Monday, May 18 at St. Albans City Hall. The Planning Commission meeting begins at 6:30, but the time of the presentation is TBD and will be announced before the end of this week.
The Planning Commission and Staff will accept the report from NRPC at this meeting and begin preparations to present to the St. Albans City Council. So further public input is certainly welcome.
