Good Tuesday morning to everyone, we hope this message finds you well. We are sending this email to invite your organization/program to participate in our first annual summer activities informational night. This event will take place on Thursday May 7th from 5:30-7pm in the Municipal Gym. This event is meant to be a collaborative effort to help parents see what types of activities are available in Middlebury this summer. You do not need to be affiliated with our department to attend and there are no cost associated with participation. If you or someone for your organization would like to attend and hand out information please RSVP to me no later than the end of the business day on Wednesday May 6th so we can ensure we have a table set up for you when you arrive!
