It is our contention that at the heart of our multiple planetary and personal crises lies the mis-use and mis-distribution of power. From wealth inequality, to racial attack, to our climate crisis, to our collective lack of traction in responding to these crises, there lies a central common theme: power. What it is, how it is used, and how it’s distributed.
Join us for a 2 hour workshop to explore Collab, the set of operational practices we’ve developed to deliver collaborative power in action. We’ll give you an overview of the system, the theories behind it, and teach you one of the key processes called Integrative Consent, a tool for making group decisions effectively, which you can immediately apply to your life and work.
