Hello Neighbors,

I just want to remind everyone that Green Up Day is coming. As always it is the first Saturday of May, the 2nd. You can pick up your green bags at the town office. Please remember if you participate on Saturday, to do the paved roads. The elementary school student do the dirt roads on Friday. Also, you have to bring your bags to the town garage when you are done.

Not only is this Vermont's 45th Green Up Day, but this is the 20th anniversary of the Westford School participating in Green Up Friday. This tradition started in 1995. This year our 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders will be picking up the road side trash on our dirt roads on Friday May 1st. Be sure to drive slowly and give them a wave if you see them.
