Current Study Subject: Jeremiah Curtin
World renowned folklorist, linguist, diplomat and author
Died and is buried in Bristol; Greenwood Cemetary
Jeremiah and Alma Curtin lived in Dr. Anson Norton's house (his wife Jennie was Alma's sister)
Kevin and Patti Hanson currently live in the Norton house

Prof Bourke will be visiting Vermont on April 24th and 25th
She will be staying in the Lawrence House (formerly Crystal Palace)
She will be visiting the Norton house and looking at the rooms and structure

The Bristol Historical Society will be hosting an Open House for Prof Bourke
At Howden Hall on April 25th at 7 pm.
This Open House is open to the public, all are welcome
