All are invited to an open house at the former Sarah Carpenter Memorial Library!  This brick building was built by Leonard Carpenter in honor of his mother because he saw a need for "the children of the town" to have good books.  It was sturdily built in 1947 and operated as the town library until approximately 2001.

Come indulge your curiosity about the changes we have made.  (insulation! new plumbing!)
No interest in renting is needed although the property is being offered for rent as a one bedroom cottage.
