Mountain River Sangha
Weekly Mindfulness Meditation In a Group Setting.

10:30 to 12:30 Sunday mornings
Open Sky Studio (over Cubber’s Restaurant)
8B Main Street, Bristol, Vermont

Mountain River Sangha is a non-denominational gathering of practitioners from various Buddhist-based and secular mindfulnesss traditions and all experience levels. Beginners welcome! We meet for thirty minutes of silent meditation followed by a dharma talk and fellowship. Participants may come just for the meditation, the dharma talk, or both.

Chairs are available, but for now if you sit on the floor you should plan on bringing your own cushions or seiza bench. For those who would like to deepen their practice, we can direct you to established teachers in and around Vermont, some of whom may join us from time to time.

“In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, in the expert’s mind there are few.” Suzuki Roshi
