Hi All,

Join me for a 5k at 7am on Jan 1. It has been anecdotally shown that running 5k at the turning of the new year leads to greater life satisfaction and general sense of accomplishment, both of which last for at least a few hours.

All are welcome. This is an informal run. The course starts at the Underhill Country Store, goes West on River Road to Sand Hill, up Sand Hill to Irish Settlement, and down Irish Settlement and back to the Country Store on Pleasant Valley.
