The next Death, Dying and Danishes discussion will be held March 18th from 10a.m. to noon at Pangaea's Restaurant, 2 Prospect St, No. Bennington. Coffe will be served and snacks may be obtained at Powers Market.
The VNA and Hospice of the Southwest Region (VNAHSR) offers a discussion group designed to address the topic many have difficulty talking about: death and dying.
Lead by Hospice volunteers, the objective of death, dying and danishes is to increase awareness of death and to encourage people to make the most of their lives. Sharing food creates a relaxed and nurturing environment where the group can join open, honest conversations to explore the questions about life, dying and grief. The goal is to provide a forum for people of all ages and encourage questions, experiences, and thoughts.
The event is free, purchases from host sights are encouraged.
