This presentation is made by AARP Vermont and is hosted by the Richmond-Bolton-Huntington Community Senior Center
Every two seconds, someone's identity is stolen. The AARP Fraud Watch Network is fighting back with resources to help you spot and avoid identity theft so you can protect you and your family.
Join your friends and neighbors for an explanation of identity theft that demonstrates techniques used by identity thieves to steal your information, provides instruction on protective steps, and explains what to do when it happens.
Elliott Greenblatt, volunteer coordinator for the AARP Vermont Fraud Watch Network, will be the presenter. Elliott is a retired educator with over 30 years of experience. He has received awards from AARP and community access television for his fraud prevention efforts and authors a fraud education column appearing in several newspapers in northern New England.
This event is free and open to the public.
