Introducing a new monthly workshop series at the Marbleworks: Ayurveda & Yoga Restoratives!

On this month's new moon and Lunar New Year, we will de-stress with the restorative gifts of sister sciences Ayurveda & Yoga.

Holistic Health Counselor Sarah L. Frederiksen, will guide participants through performing their own foot massage with Ayurvedic oils, gentle restorative Yoga postures, breathwork, and a final relaxation meditation.
