Join us for a 2-day Masterclass in sausage making on January 25th-26th, where you'll learn the fine art of sausage crafting from start to finish at Roma's Butchery. This hands-on training covers everything from trimming and weighing to linking and smoking, providing you with all the skills you need to create delicious sausages.
Under the expert guidance of Master Butcher Elizabeth Roma and Pitmaster Dr. DeMetris Reed, you'll receive personalized instruction and tips that will elevate your sausage-making game. You'll also gain valuable insights into smoking meats, ensuring your creations are full of flavor.
All participants will get to take home the sausages they prepare during the class!
The cost of the 2-day training is $475.
We accept AmeriCorps Segal funds and VSAC Advancement Grants.
