Hi community!
I am teaching a "Gentle Yoga & Myofascial Release Series" that begins this Sunday, 1/12, from 4-5:30pm at Hot Yoga Stowe. Each of the 4 classes that I'm offering for the next 4 Sundays will target a different area of the body. You can sign up for one class at a time, or all 4 at a reduced price.
In each class, we'll slowly move through gentle poses while incorporating gratifying & simple "myofascial release techniques" using provided tennis balls to apply gentle pressure on targeted areas of muscles that can release tightness, improve tissue function, optimize movement, & enhance overall wellbeing.
