III. Regular Business.
1. Budget workshop: preliminary budget review for Public Works Department, Fire Department, and other sections if available. (+/- 90 min.)

2. Town Meeting, Town warning, and Town Report preparations. (+/- 15 min.)

3. Review of meeting minutes. Approve 2024-12-09, 2024-12-16, and 2024-12-23 drafts (+/- 5 min.)

4. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor or tobacco licenses. (+/-5 min.)

5. Selectboard roundtable. (+/-10 min.)

6. Town Administrator's report. (+/- 5 min.)

IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondences received. (+/- 5 min.)

V. Executive Session. Tentative -- per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(F) and per 1 V.S.A.
