Come with a friend, family-member or come on your own. We will explore how intention and attention allow for the gift of presence toward yourself and those around you.

Through movement, breath and hands-on exercises, we will practice how to hold space for another while also being deeply rooted in one's self. In the act of giving and receiving we create room for deepening connection, repairing ruptures, inviting in curiosity and wonder and discovering more about ourselves and others.

Paired and hands-on somatic exercises are always optional and everyone is encouraged to participate in a way that feels right to them.

* Youth & teens who want to focus and participate in the explorations are welcome to join.
*Families with non-crawling babies are welcome to join.
