There is another Town Meeting deadline coming up soon: The deadline to request to add an article to our Town Meeting agenda. There are different requirements for these petitions than there are for candidate petitions.

(1) You will need to gather 60 signatures on your petition.
(2) The deadline for submitting the completed agenda petitions to your town clerk, is Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
(3) Blank petitions can be found on the Town of Lincoln website, here: https://lincolnvermont.org/vertical/sites/%7B53E9A1A8-33C4-4381-8550-24F9124297B8%7D/uploads[...]pdf
(4) Paper copies of blank petitions can also be picked up outside the Lincoln Town Office at any time of day or night. They are in an envelope taped up near the entrance door.
