Community lunch sponsored by Cambridge Recreation with the support of the Second Congregational UCC, Cambridge Elementary School sixth grade class, Cambridge Village Market and community volunteers. While there is no charge for the meal, donations to help defray the cost of preparing the meals is appreciated. Bring a food shelf donation if you can.

December's lunch will be preceded by a musical event in the sanctuary on the first floor. Come at 11:00 am to enjoy live music.

"My husband, Joe, and I and Jim Jasmin are part of the worship team from Cambridge Christian Fellowship. We have sung and played together with various combinations of people over the years in both spiritual and secular situations. Joe and Jim both play guitar and I'm the harmony person. For this event we were planning to do an assortment of traditional carols and familiar popular Christmas songs in the hopes of inviting folks to sing along. See you on Friday! Max"

Lunch will follow at 11:30 downstairs in the community room (elevator available). Holiday meal of roast pork, mashed potato, squash, sauerkraut, salad, sourdough bread, and an assortment of holiday cookies (bring some of your favorites to share if you'd like). CES sixth graders will be available to help serve and clear.

Tea cup auction. Bring a new or gently used treasure to auction off. (You can drop off auction items in the community room between 10:30 am and 11:30 am) Purchase tickets and try to win a prize. Ten tickets for $1.00. Proceeds from the auction go to support our local food shelf.
