Sound Bath - Brooke -Topnotch Every 3rd Monday of Month

Join me, Brooke Berger of Cosmic Earth Wellness, Every Third Monday of the Month from 5:00-6:00 pm for a Sound Bath Journey at Topnotch Resort in Stowe, VT.

The next Sound Bath will be on Monday December 16th.

This event is $15 for anyone to join or hotel guests and complimentary to Topnotch members.

Instruments played are 6 Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowl, Gong, Drums, Rattles, 4 Elemental & Space Chimes, Rainsticks and much more.

We begin by a brief meditation to get into the moment, relax deeper into the body, coming to a place of center. Then, I play instruments over and around everyone. Ending with a few chants I will sing.

Learn about the instruments and receive and let go with the sounds!

Please bring a blanket and eye covering.
Bolsters & Mats to lay on are provided.
