If you are looking for a present for someone, this can be a great healing, loving gift that can promote peace and wellbeing.

I live in Stowe but do travel to other locations and places. These can be held at studios, your home, airbnb, event spaces etc.

If you are guiding a retreat, this can make a nice hour up to hour and half part of your itinerary.

Add ons I offer can include Reiki & or Gentle Yoga.

My Sound Healing Instruments include :
7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowl, Wind Gong, Drum, Rainstick, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes, Space Chime, Rattles, Ocean Drum, Tongue Drum & more.

For part of my sound healing experiences, I walk around the room playing instruments over and around everyone for extra nourishment.

I always guide some simple breath and meditation at the beginning to ease everyone into their body, the moment and their center. I can end with chanting / singing.

Join me Saturday January 18th at The Elmore Spa for a Weaving Workshop from 1:00-4:30pm that begins with a Creative Sound Activation Meditation ~ Crystal Bowls and more Sound Instruments.

Learn to Weave on a Mini size Frame Loom.

Go home with the loom. You get to keep it to keep practicing and make more weavings.

All materials provided.

Feel free to bring any yarn or fabric you may want to incorporate into your weaving.

Beginners and or expand your skills.

All ages welcome!
