Tap into the gentle, mysterious, practical energy of Reiki. I teach Reiki in the oral tradition as passed down over the past 100 years in the lineage of Usui, Hayashi, Takata, Furumoto, and Reindl. I have been practicing Reiki since 1985 and have been teaching since 1989.

Discover Reiki self-treatment, the foundation of Reiki practice. Then learn to share Reiki with your family and friends, including your pets. It's a practice for a lifetime.

I'll tell you the Reiki story and how it came from Japan to the West. We'll also contemplate the Reiki precepts-- simple guidelines on which to meditate and practice as best we can.
