The Waterbury Senior Center will be serving a "grab and go" or "grab and stay" chili dinner from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM (before, during and after the River of Lights parade on December 7th).
The cost for chili, a corn muffin, and a cookie is $12. Coffee or hot cocoa will be sold separately for $1.
