This World AIDS Day, Tomorrow Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 10:00 AM to Noon, activists, advocates, and community members will gather at City Hall Park in Burlington for a community syringe litter cleanup and you are invited.

Here's what we'll happen:
- Learn how to safely discard syringe litter using Vermont Department of Health guidelines, with training from local experts.
- Act by spending time cleaning up syringe litter in downtown and surrounding areas, making a tangible difference in our community.

What to Bring (if possible):
- Heavy-duty gloves
- Pliers or tongs
- A large, thick plastic container (e.g., an empty laundry detergent jug)
- Duct tape
- A Sharpie or thick black pen

There will be extra supplies on hand.
