Please join us on November 18th at 7 pm for the regular annual meeting of the Cambridge Historical Society and Museum (CHSM). All are welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to hear about what has been happening at the museum, and to meet the volunteers who make it all work. In addition, members of the CHSM will have an opportunity to ratify the changes made to the Board approved Constitution and By-Laws.
There will also be the election by museum members, of Board members for the upcoming year. There are 5 open seats. The candidates are: Heather Ferguson, Sandi Kavanaugh, Dan Perlman, Paul Walker, and Allison Wheeler. To receive a copy of the candidate bios, or to read the anticipated changes to the Constitution and By-Laws prior to November 18th, email info.cambridge.ny.museum@gmail.com. Copies of these documents will also be available at the meeting.
The Annual Meeting will be held at the Museum, located at 12 Broad Street, Cambridge, NY. It will take place on the first floor, which is accessible to all.
The Cambridge Historical Society and Museum is a not-for-profit 501( c)(3) independent educational museum, and is provisionally chartered by the New York State Board of Regents. It is wholly maintained by donations and the work of its dedicated volunteers. Please consider supporting their work.
