Come join local illustrator-author, Liza Woodruff, at Shelburne Town Hall to celebrate the release of her newest picture book: Phil's Big Day: A Groundhog's Story.

"Everyone is excited for Punxsutawney Phil's big day. . . except for him."

There will be a reading and presentation, along with a fun groundhog-themed craft and snacks.
