Reiki & Restorative Yoga class

This special 75min restorative yoga practice is infused with reiki to promote deep relaxation as you rest in supported poses. Restorative yoga is a practice of laying down in resting postures, while reiki is a healing energy promoting calm & balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
This class is appropriate for all levels. Cost: $35

This series is a slow flow class designed for winding down & relaxing, and is appropriate for all levels. We'll start with breath work, move into a gentle asana practice, and end with meditation in our final resting pose. Please bring a mat and any props you might like to use (blocks, bolster, etc).
Cost: $60 for the 4week series ($15/class if you can't join all four) payable with with cash or Venmo @cirquedefuego.
