3.) Haystack Crossing LLC/Town of Hinesburg (Recreational Fields) Cont’d from 11/18 - The Town of Hinesburg and Haystack Crossing LLC have a proposal for a recreational field area. The reviews necessary include: 2-lot subdivision final plat, site plan, conditional use for development in a flood hazard area and conditional use for development in a stream buffer. This property is located on the west side of VT Route 116 and south side of Shelburne Falls Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.

4.) Haystack Crossing LLC/BlackRock Construction – Sketch Plan (Version 2) - The DRB begins review of version 2 of the Haystack Crossing Project as proposed by BlackRock Construction. The current application proposes a conceptual master plan for the entire property including 225 new dwelling units, 56 units of senior/congregate housing, nearly 50,000 square feet of commercial and light industrial space, along with community greenspace. Property Location: This is an 84-acre undeveloped property south of Shelburne Falls Road and on the west side of Route 116 (south of Hinesburg Family Health and north of Kinney Drugs) in the Village Northwest and Agricultural Zoning Districts.
