Ecstatic Dance is a free form, non-guided response to music moving through five rhythms.

Every Friday, different DJs offer a musical "wave," moving from flow, staccato, chaos, and lyrical to stillness.

The dance does not require a partner. Bring a friend!

Alcohol and drug free. Bring water!

First time? Please come at 7 pm to warmup and join the welcome circle.

$10 Donation requested to cover rent.
