Curated Pilates + Movement is a boutique Pilates studio offering small group Mat + Reformer classes and private sessions on all Pilates apparatus. Pilates is a method of exercises that is accessible throughout many phases of life and adaptable to provide an appropriate challenge for each individual. Our mission is to help each client develop a better awareness of their own body, so that they can feel ownership over their health and wellbeing allowing them to gain strength, energy, and resilience to pursue their passions in life.
All classes and private sessions are taught by a Certified Pilates Instructor capable of working with clients post-rehab, with osteoporosis, pre or postpartum among other conditions.
