Curated Pilates + Movement is a boutique Pilates studio offering small group classes and private sessions on all Pilates apparatus. The studio was created to be a safe space for all to delve deeper into the Pilates method. Whether taking group classes or private sessions the experience is a tailored one designed to meet you where you are at the moment and help you move towards your goals. The mission of Curated Pilates & Movement is to help each client develop a better awareness of their own body, so that they can feel ownership over their health and wellbeing allowing them to gain strength, energy, and resilience to pursue their passions in life.
