If you'd like to meet your Starksboro neighbor, Herb Olson, or hear more about his practical approach to the issues we face today, come to the Meet and Greet Tuesday, Oct 22, 5:30 - 7 pm. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
Although this will be the first time that Herb has run for state office, he worked in Montpelier for 15 years as an Assistant Attorney General, Legislative Counsel, and General Counsel-corporate regulator.
He's very knowledgeable on child and family issues and health care. He's deeply concerned about rural housing and hopes to influence legislation that may particularly affect those of us who live in the hills.
The event will be held at Bristol Village Cohousing's community house at 16 North Street. There is no parking so if you're driving, the best place to park is at the Bristol Green (across from the dental office at 6 Park Place), walk across North Street and up 1/2 a block and enter through the gate of the old Peake House (16 North St).
