Sandy Grant, a professional rug hooker will teach us the basics as well as ways to create dimension and interest, making each project a "one of a kind"! Sandy, aka "the Bird Lady" is a well known artist in the rug hooking world and has won many accolades for her original bird designs. This owl design is only one of her many originals!
