Keep Up Good Courage is a dramatization of a true dramatic account of a nine month period during the Civil War (1862-63) from the perspective of two Waitsfield soldiers' letters with excerpts from Edwin Palmer's memoir. It is an account of the days leading up to the battle at Gettysburg and the local men who were there. Set to original and favorite Civil War era tunes, the Songbird Project provides musical accompaniment. It is a testament to the Waitsfield Soldiers in Company B of the 13th regiment who helped turn the tide of the war, following them into battle and to their return home. Admission is free.
