It's happening!

The trail builders have been hard at work, clearing out bike and multiuse trails through Wolcott's new Community Forest. But we need more help!

We need volunteers to help clear out brush and already-cut trees from these new corridors . Please come help us out this weekend, if you can.

When: This Saturday (10/19) and Sunday (10/20) morning, from 8:45 am to 12 pm
Who: Anyone who can move small trees and brush from the cut corridors. (Kids are welcome, but if they are under 18, they must have a parent/guardian with them.)
Meet at: the Wolcott Elementary School parking lot
Please bring: a water bottle, a snack, work gloves, eye protection, boots or shoes with good traction

Try to be on time so that we can all walk togther to the work area.

Also, consider wearing bright clothing. We don't expect to encounter any hunters, but it's better to be safe and visible this time of year.
