Ecstatic Dance is a free form non-guided response to music moving through five rhythms.

Each week different DJs offer a 90 minute wave moving from flow, staccato, chaos, and lyrical to stillness.

The dance does not require a partner. Bring a friend!

Alcohol and drug free. Bring water!

First time? Please come at 7 pm to warmup and join the welcome circle.

Donation requested to cover rent.
