Fall Prevention Tai Chi classes are back for a 6 week session starting October 8, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Williamsville Hall. No equipment needed, just comfortable clothing. Tai Chi is easy exercise that helps maintain balance and body tone. No experience necessary.
