Have your kid(s) spread their wings and ventured out on their own? Join this first gathering in our Life's Big Transitions Series, where we focus on YOU as you settle into this new path of parenting: embracing what is no longer and all that is yet to be.

Come together, find your breath, move your body, listen deeply to what is real for you in this moment. In this time of love and separation all experiences and expressions are welcome and held in a non-judgmental, welcoming container. There will be guided time for writing, sharing, listening and introspection as we offer community and support to explore you at this new threshold.

During this initial gathering, we will acknowledge all that is, no matter how recently or how long ago you stepped into this part of your parenting journey. If you feel drawn to join the next offering - we'll dive deeper into contemplating and cultivating the What's Next as you discover, embrace and thrive.

This workshop is led by Amy LePage, Somatic Practitioner and Laura King, Life and Leadership Development Coach. Amy and Laura met at an ElevateHer VT gathering and found their work passions intersected AND that they both were at the cusp of their youngest child heading out into the world. They knew there was a collaboration just waiting to happen around this, and other themes.
