• Review/approve winter 24-25 road salt quote
• Deane Road maintenance request

7:35 p.m. Town Administrator updates
• 12 Dumas Road FEMA buyout update
• Planning & Zoning position update
• Town Hall exterior cleaning
• Discuss 37 River Road Jericho subdivision application which is within 500 feet of the Jericho-Underhill town line. Review further development proposed in the Riverside area

8:00 p.m. Closing Public Comment Period

8:05 p.m. Review & Approve AP Warrants and the minutes from September 12, 2024, Regular Meeting

8:15 p.m. Member items, correspondence, announcements, schedule. The next regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting is October 10, 2024, which will include a Final Public Hearing regarding the closeout of the Harvest Crossing Planning Grant
