One weekend a month will be dedicated to bringing our community informative, interactive, accessible, healthy and fun workshops and activities. This month we kick off with a full weekend of events. Choose just one or attend the full weekend!
Saturday September 28th:
9am Pelvic Floor Health 101 with Halle Phillips
Halle is a Copley physical therapist specializing in the amazing pelvic floor and all its functions. She will provide loads of information, easy to follow anatomy and guide you through exercises, hands off cues and most importantly, allow you to ask questions. If you have curiosity about the magic of the pelvic floor or know you need some support, Halle is Queen of the Pelvis!
10:45 Gut Health 101 with Cecilia Leibovitz
Microbiome, digestion and elimination.Come learn the basic functions of the gut, how to rebalance your digestive tract and get your body back into alignment from the inside out! Cecilia is super knowledgeable and passionate about supporting you to your health goals. Includes a nourishing snack
12pm Breath and Lymph with Lindsey Scott
Did you know that 80% of the fluid in your body is lymphatic? Come learn all about this amazing system, how to move it every day with just your hands and how it loves it when you breathe long, slow and deep. Lindsey is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and loves sharing her interests about the amazing human body.
1-2 pm Break for lunch
Bring your own or grab something in beautiful downtown Hardwick
2-4pm Digital Detox
Unplug and tune in. Join us for a quiet and relaxing coloring session (bring your own supplies or use ours) from 2-3pm and then let's get noisy with some drumming and dance from 3-4 pm. Bring some drums (we have a few!)
Investment: $22 for each morning workshop or attend all 3 for $55
