I'm looking forward to joining children and their adults for an autumn themed Yoga class this Sunday! This month we welcome children of any age to join in the fun regardless of experience or ability. Together we create a supportive community of modeling, learning, exploration, and fun for any kind of learner, adults and children alike.
Highlights this month include:
- Yoga movements, chanting, and breathwork
- Nature walk and spiced hot chocolate (dairy free if desired!)
- An autumn inspired craft
- Mindful caregivers prompts along the way
