Join us for a two hour mini retreat at 51 Main (downstairs) in Middlebury to be quiet, write, share, learn and evolve on your spiritual journey by relaxing and regrouping immersed in the positive energy of this peaceful, serene, supportive environment. Participants bring their own journal and willingness to be creative by partaking in a guided meditation, affirmations, oracle card messages, and learning the process of automatic writing which can be life-changing.
It is a way to receive divine guidance from our higher self, angels, spirit guides, and ascended masters.
