This is the 11th year of this Walk in the Champlain Islands. It has two purposes:
1. To raise funds for relief of local and global hunger.
2. Walking together as member of our Island communities as a reminder that we are in solidarity with those who must walk daily to secure food and water.

We will be led from the South Congregational Church once again by bagpiper Joe Pobleglo. Our round trip walk will be from the church at 24 South St. in South Hero to the Folsom School Community Garden where Guy Mcguire of South Hero Land Trust will lead us on a tour of the gardens. You can register as a walker online at:
https://events.crophungerwalk.org/cropwalks/event/southherovt, or you can donate there directly to the walk or to someone listed there as planning to walk. You may also give directly in cash to an envelope carried by a walker who asks you for a donation. Please give only on line or by cash to a walker who has a CROP WALK envelope.
