Hello Neighbors!
Tammy Jordan and I have a handful of spaces left at our upcoming Equinox special on Saturday the 28th of this month, 9:30am at the Bryan Memorial Gallery. This will be a 90-minute Sound Healing Restorative Yoga session in the wake of the Autumn Equinox, so focus is on Equanimity and cultivating Balance. Keep in mind we are giving away one free ticket to someone who cannot financially make it but needs the healing, you can E-mail us to apply for that.
Otherwise, registration is $40 (and to those who can afford to donate extra, that will help contribute to the scholarship ticket and we thank you ahead of time).
