Vermont's own Grammy-nominated pianist Paul Orgel was the first performer on the first concert of Capital City Concerts way back in 2000, and he returns to open this landmark 25th season in a program entitled "Full Circle." "A pianist of "brilliant technique, sense of humor and fantasy" (Bridgeport Post), his masterful program is built upon a famous quote from Busoni, "Bach is the foundation of piano playing, Liszt is the summit. The two make Beethoven possible." Go to www.capitalcityconcerts.org to reserve tickets ($15-$30) and to learn more.
