Discover the dynamic, flowing martial art of aikido. Youth/Family Workshop at 9:30am (ages 7-12, parents welcome) ; Adult Workshop at 12:30pm. Learn how to relax under pressure and how aikido cultivates core power, aerobic fitness and resiliency. The circular, blending movements of Aikido emphasize throws and joint locks rather than strikes, and the movements cultivate the harmonious resolution of conflict and the development of internal power. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to move! We offer inclusive classes and a safe space for all.

Our mission is to create a sustainable community and peaceable world through the practice and principles of the Japanese martial art of Aikido.
We provide scholarships for youth ages of 7-17, and we teach traditional Aikido in accordance with Birankai North America and Hombu Dojo, in Tokyo, Japan.
We are a 501(c)(3) federal non-profit educational organization that admits students of any national or ethnic origin, religion, color, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or preference to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities to all members.
