Come to Brookfield Bees for a Honey Tasting Workshop on Sunday 11/15 at 3pm. There will be a slide show and talk about bees, beekeeping, and floral sources of nectar, all at 1148 Kibbee Rd in Brookfield. Participants will be invited to select a honey for the group to taste from a collection spanning the country and the globe, with honey from 30 states and nearly 30 countries represented, including Iceland, Sierra Leone, Egypt, Greece, Mexico, Columbia, etc. Pre-registration required. $8 fee.
