About the Ad Hoc Committee: In July, 2024, the City Council appointed an Ad Hoc Committee to develop a draft agreement between the City and State of Vermont for its proposed juvenile facility – called the Green Mountain Youth Campus -- that ensures the city benefits from the proposed project, if the proposed project is permitted and then built.
