The Monkton Museum and Historical Society's monthly presentation will be held on Monday, August 19th at 7:00, both in person at the (new) Monkton Town Hall's Community Room and on Zoom. This month, Candace Layn Polzella and Robin Hopps will discuss the Monkton Volunteer Fire Department. Through the lens of history, they will share fire fighting stories from Monkton's past, leading to our current appreciation for what the MVFD does for the town today.
